Build Your Network: Get Connected

Ways for educators - like you - to meet, collaborate, and share ideas with your peers

Great teachers are the most important in-school influence on student achievement. But, teaching can also feel professionally isolating at times, with daily interaction with fellow teachers limited by the school schedule.

GO Public Schools Oakland offers teachers a number of ways to not only connect with colleagues at their schools but with other educators throughout the city.

Here are some ways to meet and interact with your peers:

Teacher Dialogue Dinners

Break bread with teachers and members of GO staff from across the community and have the opportunity to step back and think about the future of education and what we need to do to get there.
